A good CMS is more flexible and easier to use than a wiki. Every team will get their own project page where they can add RFCs and other information. Also, we have a few developers who seem to hate wikis. I don't want our developers to learn wiki syntax and mess with two CMSes and I don't want to distribute all information between our website and the wiki.
