Login using admin/admin.  In the Admin tab, you can change the text used
for the title, and by clicking the "Edit Page" you can edit the texts
themselves. I've written the pages in reStructuredText (everything between
{{{\n#!rst and }}}).

Note that I'm not lazy, I'm just trying to get you to use the system to
get to know it -- I believe in learning by doing.  If you need help, just
contact me and I'll be happy to assist, wherever I can.
