You can find a link to the teams in the development section since
they're all about developing Haiku. Is that not enough?

For now I suppose the answer is yes. The only thing would be if someone
is given a link to a team page and then wants to look at other team
pages so they go back one level by using the breadcrumbs and they end on
a page with no links to the other teams. Slightly confusing. And by that
I mean it confused me.
As you say, everyone who comes now is a developer. When that changes who
knows.
