Hi,

If sourceforge & berlios are too flakey, I'm more then willing to talk
to my internet provider wich also provides hosting services. It does
FTTH here, I have 30MB sync. here, and it pretty darn stable. I've
talked to them before, and at that time they were looking for any way of
getting (some) publicity about the whole thing, projects to host, things
to draw a little attention to their services.

I'm sure that if I contacted them about Haiku, gave a demo, and asked
them to provide a box for us on a stable fiber connection they could and
might very well be willing. We would be able to run anything we want on
there, and there (should) be no charge.

I'm not saying we should switch now, but we could do some testing on my
connection here (to see what the performance looks like for all of us)
to see if it would help.

Ofcourse this would end up being a relation between Haiku, Inc and UNET
(the provider in question, http://www.unet.nl), and I'm not planning to
stay in as middle man for most things (I would be available for any
problems, for easy contact to them).

Anyway, just an idea we _might_ consider.
