I tried that too. I lose my changes if I go into KDL and reboot after a 
few seconds, but not after a couple of minutes. This just sounds correct 
to me.
Definitively I don't have any problem after long disk operations, and 
that on two different machines. Maybe I'll try on my old Athlon before I 
sell it to a friend.
