I actually tried to debug an assert when using my webcam (qemu -
usbdevice host:.. as I still can't use it on real hw (usb1)), but it's
not the easiest way (make change, rebuild, start qemu, kill, restart
media_server in terminal, wait for gdb...).
Maybe I'll try to build it for dano.
