[haiku-appserver] nVidia scaled blit

Just to let you know :)
While it's been quite nasty (as usual) to get a new function going, the
scaled_filtered_blit is now starting to work. Of course, it's still the
'be defined interface' one, but it's a start. In SVN it's still down
and crashes the engine in most occasions. got to do a whole lot of
testing to find out how to proper get that function to work in detail.
Anyway: I'm glad to see it work! Just needed to share that info. ;-)
