Hi,

Just saw Axel.s overlay commit for colorkeying, so I ran 8bit mode 
again for once.
You guys are aware the driver palette still isn't programmed?
 This should be done by app_server right after Setmode has returned, 
not before at least: since the driver (mine do) programs the palette 
itself aswell, with certain defaults, as it's always in use independant 
of colorspace. For CMAP8 the app_server should come up with something 
as the default will offer some kind of greyscale output.
