Fine, as you guys are in a hurry to make this work for Begeistert 14.
However, I will keep an watchful eye on his progress as I very much care
for some things, like multiple CPU performance, the use of a minimal semaphores,
what locks are used and where, etc.

Yes, the basics of the window manager which handle the update region
are in place for weeks. I was referring to the fact I am indirectly working
at the update code by finishing the window manager.

For the near future I had 3 tasks, 1) finish window manager, 2) finish
update code issues, 3) resume work at BWindow/BView.
What would've you expect if one comes and says, I'll do 2), and you know
in 2 weeks time you would've started work at it?

I am VERY surprised you say that! Did I not helped Stephan by explaining
him app_server internals, where the problems are? Have I not responded to those
emails in which is was looking for help?

Of course. Priority comes first.

Like?
bye,
Adi.
