[gps-talkusers] Clarifying commercial extra and collective user poi files

Hello:
I just looked at the free download section of mysendero.com, and I see a
lot more version 4.0 extra poi and user poi files, dated August 1st. Do
we need to unzip all of these files into the maps folder of the CF card?
A further explanation of these files and their utility would be helpful.
It use to be just one zip archive each month.
