Sarai,

You can submit the form indicating your interest. We then need an application. 
Once you are selected, then we will require a deposit and that is when you want 
to be sure you can make the trip. Our intention is to let people know at the 
latest by June 1. 

We have a deal with Alaska airlines. If you can use Horizon and Alaska, then we 
can already quote a price for airfare. I'd check your nearest air cities to see 
if they fly there.
