There's "keywords" plugin exists http://wiki.splitbrain.org/plugin:keywords
to add more page keywords.
Keywords meta tag is useful when you have a need to list some terms
and word synonyms, which are not present in the article text.
Especially if you do publish translations or use foreign words in the
article.
