[dokuwiki] Dokukiwix 0.4 - Christmas edition

Hello list, I finally corrected the bugs in my dokuwiki export extension,
affecting the links. Now all the links should be handled correctly, and the
external images retrieved as well.

There is now (finally) an offline version of http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/,
here:
