Yes, that has bothered me several times, as event the title of the page will
be in lower case. In German, however, it is a spelling error to write a noun
in lower case letters. So, basically all our wiki pages have terrible
spelling errors in the title of the page!
It's just like writing "I" with a lowercase i.
