[dokuwiki] Indexing broken after update to

Hello!
I recently updated from 2006-03-09b to 2006-11-06. After the update my
search is behaving strangely: It only finds pages I have edited and some
words on the pages aren't found at all.
I have delete all files and directories in data/cache after the update.
I have run bin/indexer.php.
What can I do to build the new index?
