[dokuwiki] Install problem, server error 406, .htaccess question

Hi All,
I've installed dokuwiki 2005-09-21 distribution to a Linux, Apache 1.3.x
, PHP 4.3.x shared server environment. I was getting server 406 Not
Acceptable errors. After lots of sleuthing, I found that Apache was
not serving any files from the dokuwiki/lib/ directory or any of its
sub-directories. If I changed /lib to /lob, Apache serves the files
correctly. There must be something in Apache's config that messes with
directories named 'lib'. Pretty weird, huh? I moved the lib folder out
of the dokuwiki path and it still gets the error.
Does anyone know of any configuration settings that I can put in
.htaccess that tell Apache to not do any special processing on the lib
folder? -TIA Michael
