No.
All plugin changes at wiki.splitbrain.org have nothing whatsoever to do
with the plugin manager or how the plugins in your personal wiki are
managed.
The only thing you could stumble upon: Some few URLs (when you click on
the 'info' button of a plugin in the plugin manager) might point to a
wrong place.
