[dokuwiki] Problem with Action plugin.

I'm writing an action plugin, and I can't seem to get the register
function to be invoked.
The Plugin Manager shows the plugin, except I get a "This plugin
returned no information, it may be invalid." if I hit the info button.
I know the plugin's class is getting processed, because any syntax
errors get picked up. I'm going from an example on the wiki,
everything looks fine.
Is there something else I need to do to get them to be "active"?
I'm running the 2007-06-26 version of the dokuwiki.
