Hi all!

A while ago we talked about having a database driven plugin repository
for DokuWiki. Someone suggested to use a DokuWiki plugin to do so.
A resonable idea - especially in regard of my non-existant spare time
to do a full blown repo :-).

Well today I build such a DokuWiki plugin. It's very basic, but
should already be able to declutter wiki:plugins

I have some basic docs about it at wiki:plugins:repository and already
started to refactor the existing plugin pages, but I definitively need
your help.

Basically we need to touch *all* plugin pages to have some standardized
metadata in them - this is used for the plugin browser then.

What we have currently:

browsing by type and tags, lists of similar, conflicting and required
plugins, a last update date, author names and mails and some info about
compatibility.

What we don't have yet:

ratings/popularity, download links (hard to include because many plugins
come with different versions), a good looking layout for the plugin
info boxes

Any help is welcome!
