Hi all!

The new toolbar is more or less complete but needs some testing before I
will push it. The "unobstrusive JavaScript" stuff isn't completed yet as
well. So nothing real to see yet. However I attached a screenshot. You
can see one of the new "pickers" in action - for selecting special
characters.

The new toolbar uses the silk icon set from
famfamfam.com/lab/icons/silk/ - the problem is I'm missing some graphics
for the different modes of the spellchecker. It would be great if
someone talented from you could step forward to create the missing
files.

What we need are the following states:

Spellchecker not active (this is the only one we have)
Spellchecking (this should be an animated gif as before)
No errors found
Spellchecker active (should be some return arrow)

So something like we have now but matching the silk icons would be
great.
