[dokuwiki] RSS Feed Access

I have been having trouble setting the rss access for a given namespace.
For example http://portal.aero.und.edu/dokuwiki/dept/asa/home is blocked
from viewing as it should be, so any updates to that should be blocked
in the rss feed at http://portal.und.edu/dokuwiki/feed.php as well,
however any updates made to asa will show up on the feed. The ACLs are
active and set explicitly for dept:asa.
Any ideas?
