[dokuwiki] IRC chan at freenode

Hi List!
I discovered an orphaned #dokuwiki channel at freenode. I just took a look
because some other great open source software have their channels there too.
But nobody can get the operator rights till:
"rob: ok, well what we can do is set you up as an "about channel" until a dev
or the project contacts us via a group contact form to inform us that their
official IRC channel is on Freenode"
The original owner of the chan is "wize".
