Anyway, from the point of usability and typesetting, it would be A Bad
Idea. You should not mix up headlines and other formatting, it makes the
headline look bad (in most cases) or, in some cases, not resembling a
headline any more. You could avoid that in the case of a link in your
headline by making the link formatting less obstrusive, but then it
would not seem obvious that there is a link to click on. Some people
might even miss a link if it is not blue and underlined (that was a bit
exaggerated, but you'll get the picture ;)

One good way from the point of usability would be to include a textual
"context line" below the headline (or s.th. like that)... and that would
meet the typesetter's rule of thumb to never overload a spot on the page
(what is considered as overloaded might differ whether you're in
marketing, tabloid press, scientific documents or maybe just blogging...)
