[dokuwiki] [bug?] ACL -> remove @ALL -> no login screen

Hi All,

Quick note about possible minor bug.

* I have enable ACL.

* I have add own users with 2 groups admin and developers.

* and I have remove @ALL from acl file because I have think:
    I do not have such group

After this login window is NOT shown at all.

I have return back

    *  @ALL     0

And now login come back

If this is not bug, then you need describe in docs that @ALL must always
present
