pngbehavior.htc is commented out in the default template and there is a para
on a june mailist note
"The PNG behavior caused more trouble than it solved, so it's commented out
in current versions. We should remodel the few PNGs (in the toolbar) with
alpha transpareny to use simple transparency. If anyone submits a patch I
will include it :-)"
I have searched around and not found any further information, what were the
problems?
