Hello again within this topic,

I just figured out that a change in the css.php will not have to be via
triggering an event. It could be more simple solution (though events are
already/alos registered while calling the css.php).

Within all the functionality of the css.php the script uses two constants
DOKU_TPL and DOKU_TPLINC. Due to no possibility of changing these
constants at the proper time (otherwise it would have to be done in the
configuration files) I suggest a change of these constants to local
variables in the css.php, including a default setting of the constants
if no other option is given. Does that sound like a more "likeable"
solution?
