I got tired of searching for the right LDAP settings, so I
decided to use someone elses solution. I found an AD LDAP
project for PHP (http://adldap.sourceforge.net/) and wrote my
own auth handler for it. Not sure if it would solve all AD
problems, but it solved mine. I can forward it on if you want
it.
