If you are looking at overhauling the plugins - a nice feature would be for
the syntax plugins to be automatically be able to add its self to the site
syntax page.
For example, in each plugin dir, there could be a wiki-source file which is
displayed as part of the wiki:syntax page.
The only complexity, comes if someone clicks on the edit - this now needs
to know where to save the part of the page.
