FreeLists / dokuwiki / [dokuwiki] Lost toolbar when edit pages

After upgrade I lost the toolbar when edit pages.

This is the html code that I receive:

            <script type="text/javascript"

      <div id="spell__suggest"></div>
         </div>

Only "Select file" text to call mediamanager is showed on toolbar.

Can you give me a tip to solve the problem?
