[dokuwiki] suggestion: userXtension

Hello everybody,
I'm new to this mailinglist and I just like to come up with the following:
I created an opportunity for administrators to give a registered user
rights to administer a special feature of dokuwiki. I think its worth
taking a look and maybe in some time to implent it into the releases of
dokuwiki. I'd like your oppinion to this.
