FreeLists / dokuwiki / [dokuwiki] darcs changes

Hello,

know I read several time about darcs.
I looked in Dukuwiki and I found:
http://wiki.erazor-zone.de/wiki:projects:php:dokuwiki:plugins:darcs:howto
and
http://wiki.erazor-zone.de/wiki:projects:php:dokuwiki:plugins:darcs

but I do not know how to pull darcs.

If I understand the things right darcs are some code updates without an
official version update and it is possible to take them from the
server. But I did not understand how to do this. Perhaps because I use
windows and not Linux?

Have I to install a plugin? I Think so.(http://wiki.splitbrain.org/wiki:plugins)
But how I have to do this. And how could I start the Plugin to pull the darcs?

I am shure that my problems base on my bad english so sorry for it. But
you helped me the last two time and I hope you will do this this time
again. Would you give me a step by step instruction?
