If you allow people to reset their own passwds, then, no there isnt a
way to really "lock" an ID.  However as far as the page edits go, just
have the user re-edit the correct page with the correct ID.

PS - If you do not allow people to reset their own passwd then you can
simply change the wrong ID to some strange password and that will
"lock" it.
