[dokuwiki] Error downloading with darcs and one question

Hello!
Today I want to update my dokuwiki with the newest version from darcs. But
while downloading, I get this error message: (the filename is different in
any try)

What can I do? At Feb. 15th it works fine. (Same command, it's a .bat-file)

The question from subject is: is it possible to open a pdf directly in the
browser, without downloading it? (with adobe's browserplugin)
