[dokuwiki] unhandled disk full event

On our hosting in happend several times now, that there was full disk.
When we tried to save dokument that we edit we lost not only the new
changes but also previous version of document, because it was copied to
atic (just created 0 length file) and then new file was writen to the disk
also with 0 length. We are using DokuWiki Release 2006-03-09, php safe
mode a ftp workaround. May I consider this a bug?
