[dokuwiki] Better Navigation template update

Hi:

For those interested, I have (finally) released an updated
version of my Better Navigation template that is compatible
with 2006-11-06.

Template users now have many excellent options. Probably
there's only one feature that you may not find in other
templates: the link to the current page is highlighted
in the sidebar.
