[dokuwiki] Behavior when running out of disk space

Hello list
Sorry to bother you with that stupid question, but...
I am running a dokuwiki installation 2006-03-09b. Unfortunately there is a
subversion server on the same machine and the same disk partition which filled
up the disk already the second time. This version of dokuwiki has the problem
that if it rans out of disk space during a page write an empty page is written
to disk. (The behavior has already been mentioned on the list)
Has that problem been addressed in any later release than the one I am running?
I know there are other ways for a workaround that the subversion users won't
cause this trouble... I am just asking whether dokuwiki has now build in
support to care for that problem.
