[dokuwiki] orphanswanted plugin updated to ver 1.2

I have updated the orphanswanted plugin to prevent
unformatted pagenames from appearing as "wanted" pages.
This update fixes the plugin so that a pagename (ie. [[mypage]] )
is ignored
if it appears in a <nowiki>[[mypage]]</nowiki> clause, as
%%mypage%%, or
inside a <code>[[mypage]] </code. clause.
It also fixes email addresses in brackets, like
[[elmer@xxxxxxxxx|Elmer]], so they
should not show up as "wanted" pages either.

If you installed version 1.1, please replace it with 1.2.
