FreeLists / dokuwiki / [dokuwiki] mediamanager no styles

My media manager doesn't load properly. It doesn't load the media.css file.

I pulled the latest patches and it still doesn't work, neither in the
default template nor my own.


I cleared the wiki and the browser cache, made a change to the existing
style sheet, looked in the preferences if there's something that needs
setting but the css just doesn't get included.


Any idea what I'm missing?
