No, this setting is obsolete since Jul 2nd, 2006 when disabling
actions was introduced. Current release of dokuwiki neither uses
this setting.
Ah, I see. I guess I didn't realize this, because on the config page the
option 'disableactions' is translated in german as 'edit dokuwiki
actions' which was not obvious to me. Maybe 'disable dokuwiki actions'
('Dokuwiki Aktionen sperren') would be better.
