I should have looked more closely at its revision history.  Perhaps, put 
a note on the page placing the idea on hold and then discuss it, before 
either removing it / endorsing it.  I presume the general idea is for 
100s (1000's?) of Dokuwiki users all to put up $10.00 each for some 
feature ;-)
