FreeLists / dokuwiki / [dokuwiki] Two new config options

Hi,

I notice there are two new and undocumented config options:

send404
sitemap

Can someone give an explanation here and I'll update wiki:config or 
update wiki:config directly.

I am looking to bring the config plugin up to date in time for the next 
release.
Has anyone been using the plugin and do they have any 
comments/feedback/improvements etc?

The same goes for the usermanager plugin.
