dokuwiki isn't picking up your stylesheets.

if you use firefox with webdeveloper, use the css, view CSS function to 
see that I mean.  It'll also show you the expected locations of the 
files you can check there and make sure the files are present and 
readable.  It looks like there might be a redirect to cgi-bin getting in 
the way.
