A new version 1.79.07.03 is available at
http://dll.delphizip.org/dll179.html
This fixes a problem with ExtractFileToStream when the file has an extended
local data segment.
It is interesting that the problem has not shown up before now but there is
a reason - ExtractFileToStream is only used on smallish files and there is
no reason to use the extended local segment for a small file.
The reason it shows up now is that the new .ODT files use them.
