How about another box on the toolbar for drawing a picture frame or one to
toggle picture/text for an already drawn empty frame?
There might be a case for that, you can have empty picture frames in
OPW. Actually getting one involves loading a document from the old
Ovation program.
I'm inclined to go with the Paste Special... idea. It looks like that is
the Windows way, many programs offer it, another difference between
Windows and RISC OS which I have failed to grasp.
