[softwarelist] Virus problem

I have Trend installed as the virus application and when saving a text 
selection it came up with a high warning that 'OVP is trying to 
configure windows so that a program library (DLL) is automatically 
loaded by some or all of your applications etc.'
Should I be worried!!
