Maybe I'm being thick, but rtfm doesn't help. I'm adding index entries to
a book - more than can be done in a single session - so when I resume, I
want to go to the last entry to pick up where I left off. I can't find a
way to do this, other than keep clicking the up arrow in the review button,
while O-Pro renders every page that has an entry. Is there a better way?
