I've updated the online version of the Ovation Pro Windows CD.

The changes since the last version follow up discussions here.
I've added more tool tips - I think they are a good improvement. To go
with them there is an enhanced Edit macro window, and a script function
that can define a macro with a tooltip.
Incidentally if the macro does not define a tooltip, OP synthesises one
from the help text - this works well on the built in macros because they
have a consistent format. So you get tooltips without having to scrap
your existing macros.
I've also uploaded a newer version of the RTF loader. This improves the
handling of Unicode and top bit characters.
All minor stuff, and no cause to upgrade if you're happy using the
current version.
