[Bristol-Birds] Field Trip Correction

There was only one (1) Ross's Goose sighted at the Weir dam below South
Holston Dam. Sorry I got carried away entering in to the database.
Charlie Parker gets the credit for the id and did a great job of going
through all the characteristics to do it right.
