[Bristol-Birds] Update on Waterfowl on Boone lake

Rick Knight just stopped by my work and gave me his count on the waterfowl I
reported earlier. He confirmed the 2 Surf Scoters. His count was
Red-breasted mergansers 178
Scaup 78
Redheads 2
Bufflehead 10
Horned Grebes 111
Common Loons 4
Surf Scoters 2
