This morning a Peregrine Falcon was perched in a large, solitary tree between
the red Tri-state barn and the powerline as seen from the wide spot in Keebler
Rd. at the top of the hill. I observed it for over a half hour. It was still
there when I left. Also seen in the western Washington Co. area this morning:
Red-tail Hawk
Northern Harrier (1 imm. - Corby Bridge Rd. & Dunbar Rd.)
Sharp-shinned Hawk (Corby Bridge Rd. & Treadway Rd.)
American Kestrel
Horned Lark
American Pipit
Savannah Sparrow
White-crowned Sparrow
Hairy Woodpecker
Red-headed Woodpecker (1 adult & 1 imm. - Mae McKee Rd.)
